Family Makes Us Different

We are a Family oriented business.  Our Mom (aka Mom-o, or Madre in Spanish) started us on this path 40 years ago when all she could scrape together was enough money for a small down payment on a starter condo.  We do this work to honor her memory, and make her proud.   We have since rehabbed, updated, and sold that Condo, but still have many fond memories.

My Brother Roy, is our all-around Real Estate Guru.  He can do it all, but lately has been focusing on being the lead contractor on our rehab projects.  Paint, carpet, or a full gut rehab, not much fazes him.   On top of that he finds quite a few new projects, and manages about 17-20 rentals.

My Wife De,  is the support, budget, and administrative person.  She also helps with design, and sometimes inspections.  She drives "the future" around everyday...in a Yellow School Bus.  Yes, those same School Buses that you hate to get stuck behind!

My name is Mark, and I help in property evaluation, some design, some labor, but mainly on the technology side.  I also work for Costco Wholesale in the IT Department, so it is a natural fit.

De and I met overseas, where we were both serving in the U.S. Air Force.  29 years later, we still like each other!
